    HP: Represents life force
    The higher it is the more damage you can withstand
    SP: Represents mental strength
    The higher it is the longer you can consecutively use skills
    ATK: Physical attack power Changes depending on the power of your weapon
    MATK: Magic attack power Represents the power of a magic attack
    DEF: Physical defense
    Reduces damage caused by physical attack
    MDEF: Magic defense
    Reduces damage caused by magic attack
    HIT: Hit accuracy
    Effects damage balance and critical

    STR: Effects physical attack power
    INT: Effects magic attack power
    VIT: Effects HP and Defense
    MEN: Effects SP and Magic defense
    DEX: Effects HIT
  • ▼Can I change my characters name?
  • Can I change my characters name?
  • Character names cannot be changed once they have been made.
    We are unable to support changing the character name as it could create mechanism issues (likely to produce a defect) and or create administration problems (changing name to avoid punishment of a prohibited act).
    If you must change your characters name, please delete the character and create a new one.
  • ▼Can I re-distribute my status points?
  • Can I re-distribute my status points?
  • Once raising your status points you are unable to change them unless you use a special item "Restatus Scroll".

    Please check "Title Screen" > "Shop" for the details of "Restatus Scroll".

  • What character names are not allowed?
  • Prohibited names include: GM, Operator, Developer, any words or phrases that can be mistaken for an operation administrator, names that can be considered offensive by other players, or those that violate our Terms of Use.
    Any names that violate our Terms of Use will be subject to punishment.
  • ▼About graphic of other player characters
  • Why do other players show up as blue sticks?
  • Render level will be automatically set to "Lo." when booting application if your device's available RAM capacity does not reach requirement.

    Characters can be displayed by changing Render Lv to "Max" or "Hi." from "MENU" > "Options" > "Graphic", 
    however, if the RAM capacity does not reach requirement, you may not be able to change the setting.

  • I will change my device from other OS device to iOS or vice versa, can I transfer my game data?
  • Regarding transfer of your character, please read carefully and preform at your own responsibility.
    We may not be able to provide any support should an issue occur during the character transfer process.

    --- Notes on using "Transfer Code"

    -It is not possible to "swap character data" or "switch" using the Transfer Code.
    -It is not possible to transfer any Monthly Ticket effect.
    Please make sure to unsubscribe should you have any active subscription.
    -The owned Gems cannot be carried over in case of switching to device with different OS.
    We advise you to use up before proceeding transfer.
    -The transfer is per account. Please understand that it is not possible to pick a character to transfer.
    -*Please proceed transfer with the Transfer Code at your own risk as we cannot be held responsible for any damages that may occur due to incorrect uses or usage by third parties, or falsifications.

    ---Transfer steps on your old device

    1. Boot AVABEL ONLINE, title screen "Menu" > "Change Device"
    2. Tap on "Next"
    3. Tap on "Other transferring procedures"
    4. Read the notes carefully and agree, then tap "Start"
    5. Tap "Issue Transfer Code"

    6. Make a note of the transfer code displayed on the screen
    *Transfer cannot be done if there is any mistake on the input code.

    ---Transfer steps on your new device

    1. Boot AVABEL ONLINE, title screen "Menu" > "Change Device"
    2. Tap on "Next"
    3. Tap on "Other transferring procedures"
    4. Read the notes carefully and agree, then tap "Start"
    5. Tap "Input Transfer Code"

    6. Input the 7 digit Transfer code given on your old device
    *Transfer cannot be done if there is any mistake on the input code.

    7. Read the notes carefully and agree, then tap "OK".
    8. Transfer complete.

    Please make sure you read the notes displayed when proceeding transfer.

  • I can't see my character after selecting my Google account.
  • There is possibility that you have chosen a different Google account, which you did not create your character in.

    Please try the procedure below, and choose the Google account that you created your character in.

    - Clear Data Procedure
    1. Select "Settings" for your device.
    2. Select "App".
    3. Select "AVABEL ONLINE" app
    4. Select "Clear data"
    *There will be a message "All this app's data will be deleted permanently. This includes all files, settings, accounts, databases, etc.", but your play data will not be deleted.
    5. Boot "AVABEL ONLINE" and choose the correct Google account.

    If the account you wish to login with is not displayed, there is a possibility that the account is not added in you device.
    Please follow the procedure below to add account.
     
    - Account Setting Procedure
    1. "Settings" > "Accounts" > "Add account" > Select "Google".
    2. The page "Add your account" will be displayed.
    3. Enter your email and password you have set when creating account to add the account to your device.
    4. On the initial application boot, the screen to select account used for authentication will be displayed, so please select the added account to use your previous character data.

    *We cannot answer to questions such as "Which character is in which Google account".

  • Please confirm if the version of AVABEL ONLINE installed in your device is the latest.
    In case there is an update, "Update" button will be displayed on Google Play Store.

    If you only see "Open" button in the Google Play Store and cannot update although you are on old version, that may be resolved by performing "Clear cache" on Play Store, so please try the procedure below.
