    Distribution of compensation to eligible persons has been completed.

    We have confirmed the following issues.  

    Defect details
    • A “Neon Sign” that was not released was listed on the details page of the “Amusement Furniture Pack”.

     

    Future action

    • Sales of “Amusement Furniture Pack” have been stopped at 13:00 on March 26, 2025.
    • For customers who purchased the “Amusement Furniture Pack” between 2021/9/8 17:00 and 2025/3/26 13:00, “1 Neon Sign” will be distributed to the “Shop BOX” as compensation as soon as it is ready.
    • Sales of “Amusement Furniture Pack” will resume after the correction is completed.

    We apologize for any inconvenience caused to our customers.

    • 于2021/9/8 17:00至2025/3/26 13:00期间购买“娱乐家具扭蛋”的顾客，“霓虹看板”1个，待“商城BOX”准备好后，将作为补偿发放。
    • 整改完成后，“娱乐家具扭蛋”将恢复销售。

    我们计划在下一次活动中解决这个问题。
