Currently, we are receiving many inquiries such as "my character is lost because I forgot to issue Transfer Code".
Characters are to be managed by the players themselves, so please make sure you issue the Transfer Code periodically and write them down to preserve your character safely.

Regarding Issue of Transfer Code
*We may not be able to restore your character if provided information are not clear, such as "I only know the Character ID and don't know the equipped weapon."
Points we would like you to make a note of
-Your character's ID, Name, Class, and Level
-Date of Gem purchase, and amount of purchased Gem
-Weapon, Armor, and Avatar your character is equipping
-Item that is stored in your character's Storage and Shop BOX
