    [11/2 Edit]Regarding the defect of payment in Android environment

    Regarding the issue of the purchase made via Google Play not being completed properly, the fix has been made in Google Play.
    It may take some time for the fix to be reflected, so please wait patiently if you have encountered this issue.

    Compensation will be made by either one of the methods listed below.
    "Please contact us with items below written to request for compensation.
    -Which compensation method you wish for.
    -The Order Number of your purchase."
    *The Order Number is in the form of: GPA.****-****-****-***** (17 digit number)

    Compensation Methods
    1. Cancel the 2nd and later purchases that has been made due to the defect.
    *The added Gems will be collected. Cancellation cannot be done if it is not possible to collect them.
    2. Add Gems that were not added due to the defect.

    Until 11/7/2016
