  • [Important] Regarding the restoration of deleted character
    Thank you for playing AVABEL ONLINE.
    We are receiving multiple inquiries regarding the deleted character.

    In general, characters are managed by the players themselves.
    When deleting your character, please make sure if "there is really no problem deleting", before completing the procedure.

    Currently, the players do not have control over the restoration of deleted character.
    From that reason, we accept the restoration of deleted character, limited to once per account.

    If you wish to restore the character that has been deleted for the reason such as deleting by mistake, please contact us by the following procedure.

    From the title screen after starting the application, [Menu] > [Contact/FAQ] > Scroll down and tap [Contact from here] > Please fill in the form.

    As stated above, the restoration of the character that has been deleted by the player themselves will be limited to once per account in general.
    However, if you wish for restoration more than once, we will accept it in exchange for purchase of certain item.
    *Purchase of the item is not necessary for the first character restoration.

    Please refer to below for the procedures of character restoration.
    [First character restoration]
    1. We will confirm if the character restoration is possible based on the information provided by the player.
    *Please note that we cannot restore if the information is insufficient or if there are false information.

    2. Once confirmed, we will perform restoration when the account is not logged into the game.
    [Second and later character restoration]
    1. We will confirm if the character restoration is possible based on the information provided by the player.

    2. If the restoration is possible, you will need to purchase "Character Restoration" in the game Shop.

    3. Once purchased, we will perform restoration when the account is not logged into the game.

    *The restoration is performed per character. Please note that it is different from the migration using the Transfer Code.

    *If you have had your character restored even once before this announcement, the next restoration falls under the "second and later".
    *1 "Character Restoration" per character will be consumed when restoring your character for the second or later time.
    *The deleted character cannot be restored to a different account.
    *There may be a situation where restoration is not possible such as the data not existing. In such cases, the restoration cannot be performed.
    *"Item that was exhibited to the Stall", "Mail", "other data linked to the character", etc. cannot be restored as they are deleted at the same time the character is deleted.
    *The purchase of "Character Restoration" will be unnecessary for the first-time restoration per account.
    *"Character Restoration" is an item to purchase when restoring your character. We cannot provide refund if you purchase it by mistake.
