[Bug Fixes]
-Fix for the issue of Battle Power disclosure setting is not being reflected properly under the certain condition._(!!)
*Battle Power disclosure setting is not per an account but also per a character.
*Battle Power disclosure setting is deleted from Option setting at title screen.

-Fix for the issue of being uncontrollable state at pet breeder, and also fixed the issue of UI was not displayed correctly under the certain condition at pet breeder.
-Fix for the issue of that [!} symbol is keep showing after the user made a space for bag.
-Fix for the issue of that [!] symbol is keep displaying even if the user made a space for a bag.
