We are currently investigating issues below.
▼About malfunction
Malfunction regarding only certain production is produced 100% at specific combination of item.

We have confirmed a malfunction of only being able to create certain products if players possess the maximum amount of a product of their choice, even if multiple products can be created due to the probable outcome of certain material combinations.

We are currently investigating the cause of this malfunction and will fix the issue as soon as the investigation is completed.
Also, due to these circumstances, we have temporarily removed the Synthesis NPC from each base.
We apologize for the inconveniences caused, and we appreciate your patience and cooperation.

For those who have confirmed this issue, please do not repeat the action to produce an item or weapon, and please report the issue to us to from the Title Screen, by tapping "Menu" > “Contact/FAQ.“”
