- ID, Name, Class, and Level of the character you wish to restore
- Amount of Gem(s) you have purchased in the past, date and time of purchase, Order Number
- Avatar and arms (weapons and armors) equipped by the character you wish to restore
- Items that were in the Bag of the character you wish to restore
- Items that were in the Storage of the character you wish to restore
- Items that were in the Shop BOX of the character you wish to restore
- The latest date and time you have logged in to AVABEL ONLINE, and what you were doing
- The date and time you have first launched the application, and date and time you have created your first character
- The name of the joined guild and name of friends for the character you wish to restore
- The content of mails that were sent/received by the character you wish to restore
- Have you ever sent an inquiry to our customer support?
If yes, please write what you have inquired in details.
- Packs or paid items you have purchased using Gem(s) or Pack Tic(s) within a month
- Transfer code that was used in the past, used date, and which device you transferred to
