How to transfer using your transfer codeIf you wish to transfer your character from Android devices to other devices (such as iOS device), try the data transfers using the "Transfer Code".
Some data such as Gems cannot be transferred with the transfer code.
Note that you cannot use the transfer code issued from your Android device to other Android devices. Notes on transferring using your transfer codeYour data and character may be lost if you do not follow these steps.
Do not proceed any character transfers using your transfer code consecutively. It could result in loss of your data or character.
How your data for the data transfers using the "Transfer Code" will be handled1. Data transfers using the "Transfer Code" is a function that overwrites your data.
e.g. You cannot combine one or more characters in several account into one account.
e.g. When you transfer using the "Transfer Code" with a character existing in the device you wish to transfer, your current character data will be overwritten with the new character data.
2. Game data with the same Google account will always be synced.
If you are using the same game data in multiple devices, all of the character data will be overwritten in your devices using the same account when you transfer to any device using the "Transfer Code".
3. You cannot switch account between multiple devices.
e.g. Since data will be overwritten, you cannot switch account between 2 devices.
Data that cannot be transferred'When transferring from iOS device to Android device, the "Gem" and "Pack Tic" owned in the account that issued transfer code cannot be transferred. Please consume all of them before proceeding transfers.
Transfer by transfer code is not available while you have subscribed Monthly Ticket. Please unsubscribe before proceeding transfers.
Expiration DatesThe "Transfer Code" will expire in 180 days.
If you re-issue another Transfer Code, the expiration date will be extended to 180 days from the re-issued date.
Your transfer code will be the same when you re-issue it.
Your Transfer Code is valid only once for use, and any used Transfer Codes cannot be used.
Notes when you write down your "Transfer Code".The code is case-sensitive, please input letters correctly.
